Learn more The Value of an RCA Education In May 2015, we celebrated Rhea County Academy's second graduating class. This gives us the opportunity to brag on how well our students are being prepared for the future. The average ACT score for our high school students over the past 2 years is a 26. A 26 equates to an 83rd percentile ranking nationwide. Most of these high school students have been at RCA all or most of their educational careers. This is a testament to the outstanding work that our teachers do on a daily basis and to the quality of education we provide at RCA.
